Massive snowstorm could hamper Kentucky flooding recovery efforts

A massive winter storm that will sweep through parts of the Midwest in the coming days is expected to hit the East Coast by the end of the week. In Kentucky, at least 11 people were killed after a powerful storm flooded parts of the state with more than a month’s worth of rain over the weekend.
