A look back at New York City’s historic Floyd Bennett Field

Visitors to New York City probably know the names of the city’s largest airports, LaGuardia and JFK. But the city’s first airport is a little less known. Floyd Bennett Field helped create air travel as we know it, and even now, it’s still a place that can take visitors on a journey.
