Reaction to U.S.-Russia talks about Ukraine war

Talks in Saudi Arabia between top U.S. and Russian officials over the war in Ukraine have now ended. No Ukrainian officials were present for the talks. CBS News senior foreign correspondent Holly Williams reports.
