Voters react to mass layoffs at federal agencies

CBS News has learned the Office of Personnel Management has given federal agencies until Tuesday night to issue layoffs in the Trump administration’s effort to downsize. CBS News correspondent Natalie Brand asked voters how they feel about the widespread cuts across the federal government.
